At Earth Spiral Ministries, we take our health and well being seriously, especially during the darker, colder months. That’s why we are pleased to offer Fire and Ice sessions in our lovely horse trailer sauna, complete with cold tubs and our aromatic tea bar. During your session, you’ll have complete privacy, overlooking the gardens and whimsical evergreens surrounding the property. Only 35 minutes from Portland, you’ll feel a world away on our quiet homestead.
Whether this is your first time, or you are a seasoned veteran, there are many ways to enjoy the experience here at the Earth Spiral Farm. We are happy to provide guidance, but ultimately, it’s up to you on how you want to relax and melt into the space.

About the Sauna and Farm

The Sauna is set next to the barn on a 12 acre former horse farm in Durham, Maine. Inside the first stall of the barn is a cozy tea room with multiple options for aromatic teas that we blend ourselves. Ethan originally built the sauna for a client in 2019. He and Kelly acquired it right at the end of 2021 and had their first Lovers Portal event for couples on valentines day 2022. The sauna is built in an old horse trailer out of eastern white cedar and is most comfortable with no more than 4 people. There are two cold plunging tubs overlooking the serene field and gardens.
We provide everything you need for a relaxing experience. You’ll have access to cold drinking water and cups, towels, sandals, a variety of teas with tea pots to brew it, a fire pit, two cold plunge tubs and a quiet and serene place to slow down and take some intentional time for yourself.

Sauna bookings will open January 1st. The sauna should be available Tuesday-Saturday 12-8 pm. We set reservations every 2 hrs on the hr to allow for changeover and cleaning between sessions.

First session begins at noon and the next available time slot is 2pm - 4 pm - 6 pm. There are 4 open sessions a day regardless of who books them.
