How often are you able to dedicate 30 minutes to just be, while connecting with your partner? During the 30 minute Healing Portal, we will take you two on a journey into the senses to cultivate a deeper sense of connection. Through sound, guided meditation, and a few special practices that you can take with you, you'll be able to slip into a profound sense of calm, allowing for a clear pathway to greater intimacy.
We welcome you to join us as we open our wood-fired cedar sauna experience for the 2023 Winter season. This is a day to appreciate and honor the sanctity of partnerships. Whether it be a best friend or a lover - this is an opportunity to invoke deeper intimacy within your relationship by way of intentional breathing + intentional connection + vulnerability.
Why sauna? The health benefits of saunas and cold tubs are extensive. They include improved circulation, reduced muscle soreness and joint pain, improved immune function, and relaxation.

Booking & Pricing
The sound bath will focus on raising your vibration and clearing stagnancy out of each of your chakras. With the blockages removed, energy flows easier allowing you to be more open to cultivating the polarity between you two. The guided meditation will take you out of your head and help you both drop into your bodies. One of the practices you will be led in is eye gazing. The eyes are considered by many to be the window into your soul. Softly gazing into your partner's eyes has the ability to bring about a deeper connection and a greater sense of calm. What better way to celebrate your love than by engaging in a guided personal and vulnerable practice.
If you are looking for something scrumptious to add to your rejuvenating experience, you can choose a seasonal delight to enjoy together during your time.

Add on is $40 for edibles. Once you book your reservation - we will contact you directly to confirm spot and see if you would like to add a special delight.
We are offering this Lover's Portal space of ice + fire with the added ritual and coziness of the tea bar in 2 hour increments. Included in the sauna experience is LOVERS HEALING PORTAL 30 minutes incorporated into the two hour session.
The cost is $161 per couple with the option to add on a tart for $40.
DOUBLES: The sauna fits 4 comfortably so two couples are welcome. Simply book the session you want and then contact us via the email to request a double booking. We will send you a payment link for the remaining balance of $161 (double price for 2 couples).
