 I am honored to be your mentor and guide through this embodied educational experience ~ with over 10 years of medicinal plant-loving and learning under my skirt. I am the creatrix of Earth Spiral Community & Apothecary. I have had a very broad spectrum of human experience and professional training that has led me to this place, and my mission and purpose in this earth realm existence is to support others on their path of healing, freedom, expansion, and plant medicine.

Dr. Emily Wilson, PT, DPT is a pelvic floor physical therapist and the owner and founder of Pelvic Wisdom Physical Therapy in Portland, Maine. Her passion is to not only help you find peace and comfort within your body again, but also to guide you in discovering the sacred wisdom that your womb and your pelvis hold. Learning to live from your root will directly influence how you move through the world!

Hi! My name is Alyssa, I am the creatress of The Salty Rose Co.  I make a range of skin and body care products with a strong focus on using locally grown and sourced plants and mushrooms.  My happy places are in my garden and in the forest communing with our wild and resilient allies. In this class, I hope to inspire and empower you to move away from buying store bought skincare with questionable ingredients and wasteful packaging, and start kitchen witching your own formulas.  We will create an infused oil, a salve, and a delicious skin food cream with herbs of your choice!
