Dr. Emily Wilson, PT, DPT is a pelvic floor physical therapist and the owner and founder of Pelvic Wisdom Physical Therapy in Portland, Maine. Her passion is to not only help you find peace and comfort within your body again, but also to guide you in discovering the sacred wisdom that your womb and your pelvis hold. My name is Alyssa, I am the creatress of The Salty Rose Co.  I make a range of skin and body care products with a strong focus on using locally grown and sourced plants and mushrooms.  My happy places are in my garden and in the forest communing with our wild and resilient allies. In this class, I hope to inspire and empower you to move away from buying store bought skincare with questionable ingredients and wasteful packaging, and start kitchen witching your own formulas.  We will create an infused oil, a salve, and a delicious skin food cream with herbs of your choice!
