I’m here to guide you through navigating your health challenges, wounds, and deepest truths. Since I am not holding your answers, you do not need me to heal. I am here simply as a reflection and guide as you seek deeper answers within. We will journey together to peel back layers and uncover what may be keeping you stagnant within your physical, mental, and spiritual health. We begin with a deep dive introductory session virtually on Zoom. We’ll connect about your body, mind, and spirit/soul aspects and your goals for working together. Comprehensive private herbal consultations begin with an initial assessment which takes 1.5-2 hours. It is my intention to hear your story and life experience that lead you to seeking support from me. It is my intention to empower you, educate you, and inspire you to take radical responsibility for your human experience and health. Other guidance and support may include creating daily ritual and meditation practices, as well as nourishment suggestions. If you'd like any of my additional skill support ~ we can also add on personalized practices such as yoga, bioenergetics, and other somatic focused movement sequences.
