In Person Mini Session

Service Description

During these one on one sessions, I will provide a mini assessment and offer a customized herbal protocol. You will receive a detailed intake form to complete before we meet so I am well prepared for our connection. These mini sessions are much less comprehensive than my full support offerings, as we will focus primarily on your physical ailments and imbalances and start to peel layers back gently. I will make herbal recommendations suited to your lifestyle and preference. If desired, I will formulate teas and tinctures just for you! I will take into consideration your own unique constitution, any contraindications there may be, and suggest lifestyle and nutrition supports as well. * This offering includes one customized tincture or tea. Any additional herbals suggested are an additional cost, and completely optional.
